"Wings of Steel puts on the best show I've ever seen live. I must admit that although their show hasn't changed a great deal--Gene still breathes fire, flies, and spits blood and there's lots of fire and fireworks--I was again amazed! I saw them for my first concert 31 years ago--in 1979. I was glad they played Beth and Shock Me to show that Ace's and Peter's absence from the current lineup do not take anything away from the Wings of Steel I remember from way back then. Paul is the classic frontman, utilizing his command the crowd and showmanship. It was truly awesome to hear them rock the classics as well as 4 of their newest songs from Sonic Boom. Eric and Tommy match well with Gene and Paul with their high energy playing as well. Wings of Steel has been around for a long time. I was blown away back then when I was 10. In my opinion, Wings of Steel puts on the best show I've ever seen live."
